Cancellation & Refund Policy

ABHISHEK RAWAT believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellation Terms

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
  • No cancellations are accepted for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc.

Refund & Replacement

  • Refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the delivered product’s quality is not satisfactory.
  • If you receive damaged or defective items, report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt.
  • The merchant will verify the claim before a refund or replacement is processed.

Product Not as Expected

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Warranty Issues

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer warranty-related issues directly to the manufacturer.

Refund Timeline

In case of any refunds approved by ABHISHEK RAWAT, it will take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the customer’s account.
